Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree.
- Prior experience in and thorough understanding of the real estate industry, including but not limited to industrial, commercial, and residential.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous recruitment experience in a real estate environment.
- Active CA Real Estate License.
- Previous experience in phone sales.
- Agent training experience a plus.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded, and skilled recruiter to help us grow our team by helping us hire experienced agents. The recruiter we are seeking must have past recruitment and real estate experience. This position calls for a passionate, motivated, and knowledgeable professional with an entrepreneurial mentality who wants to contribute to the growth of a successful business by recruiting qualified real estate agents via telemarketing, networking and other creative methods. This role consists of carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Dedication to cold calling leads that have been data mined by our specialists.
- Bring in agents that fit our criteria for W2 and 1099 positions.
- Assist in finding telemarketers and door knockers.
- Attend networking events to scout for new agents.
- Apply and follow established standard operating procedures of company’s recruitment department.
- Use Property base and iCims databases to maintain candidate pipelines.
- Completely understand each company’s brand, culture, mission and vision.
- Review, update and present pipeline management on a daily basis.
- Obtain and/or Compile production history for each candidate.
- Administer testing to determine candidate qualification.
- Prepare, organize, underwrite and evaluate candidate files prior to recommendation to the next step in the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for qualified candidates.
- Recommend best fit candidates for available positions to next rounds of interviews.
- Participate in the constant evolution of the recruitment department and ScoutRE.
- Track and report on success of recruiting methods for sales roles.
- Once all of the agent positions with our company have been filled, start placing candidates into other brokerages through ScoutRE
