Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree from an accredited University.
- 6+ years of proven/successful sales experience of cloud and application software sales and solutions.
- Self-directed, strong business acumen with ability to work as part of large business.
- Ability to present yourself professionally to high net worth (top 1%) while maintaining confidence, poise, and finesse.
- Clear background and drug screening
- Must be a licensed CA agent in good standing with the California BRE.
- Must be a member or be willing to become a member of the Local MLS and Realtor Board.
What you’ll do
Canon Business Properties, Inc. is seeking a sales executive familiar with the operational and financial reporting aspects of an industrial and commercial property management organization. Our goal is to provide front to back office property management solutions for high net worth individuals and investors. As part of our team, your duties are as follows:
- Successful end-to-end execution of moving a lead through its solution selling cycle to close.
- Perform detailed discovery calls at all levels of the organization to identify complete picture of needs and pain points.
- Interact with Real Assets fund administration team members to develop an integrated marketing plan.
- Attendance at various industry conferences with the ability to discuss Real Assets technology, software and fund administration capabilities.
- Interact with Real Assets team professionals to create synergies with other SS&C software products to enable a complete front to back office solution.
- Monitor the Real Estate market, tracking trends and new products, and reporting back to the Global Real Assets Team.
- Work with product engineers to plan and execute successful sales strategies for each prospect in your pipeline.
- Internal (Webex) and external (face-to face) sales presentations.
- Create national sales campaigns to promote our solutions and increase penetration.
- Simultaneously manage multiple deals at varying stages in the sales cycle.
- Ability to execute against a sales plan and drive target revenue attainment.
- Create demand/drive pipeline creation.
- Proactively schedule and facilitate strategic sales presentations.
- Provide strategic responses to RFPs and generation of pricing proposals.
