The Associate shall be responsible to research both off-market and on-market acquisition opportunities and underwrite properties for investment risks and returns. The selected individual will be responsible for managing the ongoing commercial capital projects to ensure adherence to specifications and established objectives. This individual will oversee the preparation, review, and administration of contractual proposals relating to construction projects. The Senior Commercial Property Portfolio Manager will review and approve all commercial projects in accordance with company standards and implement and maintain best practices in field operations to ensure timely completion of projects, quality control and compliance with OSHA standards.

The Intern will support and assist in the screening, structuring, and analysis of commercial real estate transactions. In this role, the Intern will support the Production department in developing the overall property portfolio.
